How do I check my next billing date?

Open your subscription in your Apple Account settings or in Google Play, and check your store receipts. A new period is charged when the current one ends.

Updated · iOS and Android

A subscription is charged at the start of each new billing period, so your next billing date is the day your current period ends. Your subscription is listed in the store you bought it from, and on iPhone or iPad you can turn on an email receipt for every renewal.

See your subscription

  1. Open Settings and tap your name.
  2. Tap Subscriptions.
  3. Tap your exam app's subscription (it carries the app's name; for the NCLEX app, the name starts with NCLEX) to see its options.

How Apple sets the date

  • Auto-renewable subscriptions renew on the same day as the calendar date of the original purchase. If that date doesn't exist in the next month, the renewal falls on the last day of that month, then goes back to the original date. For example, a monthly subscription bought on January 30 renews on February 28 (or February 29 in a leap year), then on March 30.
  • Apple charges you no more than 24 hours before the start of the new subscription period.
  • If Apple can't charge your payment method, the start of your next period and your billing date can change. The date you are billed is shown on your receipt.

Get a receipt for every renewal

In Settings › your name › Subscriptions, turn on Renewal Receipt Emails. To see past charges, open the App Store, tap your photo or initials, tap Apps & Purchase History, then tap Purchase History.

If you paid on the ExamReady website and need your billing date, email support@examready.pro.
