Practice questions step by step
Take a quiz, answer each question type, practice by topic, save questions, and leave or submit a quiz.
- Quizzes & Study ModesHow do I take a practice quiz?Tap Take a Quick 10 Quiz on the Study tab, choose an answer, tap Continue to check it, read the explanation and tap Next Question. Results come at the end.
- Quizzes & Study ModesHow do I answer single-choice and SATA questions?Tap one answer, or every option you choose when a question says Select all that apply, then tap Continue to see the correct answer and the explanation.
- Quizzes & Study ModesHow do I practice NCLEX questions by topic?On the Study tab, open Quiz Modes by Topic, choose one of the eight topics and start one of its four quizzes to practice questions from that topic only.
- Quizzes & Study ModesHow do I save questions and practice them later?After you answer a question, tap the bookmark next to Next Question. Saved questions appear under Saved on the Review tab and in the Saved Questions Quiz.

Results, stats and review
Read your quiz results, understand the Readiness Score and the Stats tab, and find questions you've answered.
- Quizzes & Study ModesHow do I read my quiz results?The results screen shows how many answers were correct and incorrect, the share of correct answers as a percentage, and the questions to review.
- Quizzes & Study ModesWhat is the Readiness Score?The Readiness Score on the Stats tab reflects how much of the question bank you have covered and how many answers are correct. Not a pass guarantee.

Your exam and progress
Switch between RN and PN, what happens to your progress, starting over, and reminders.
- Account & SettingsHow do I switch from NCLEX-RN to NCLEX-PN (or back)?To switch, open Settings (the gear on the Study tab), tap your current exam under Exam, select NCLEX-RN or NCLEX-PN and tap Confirm.
- Account & SettingsWhat happens to my progress if I switch between RN and PN?Progress, including completed questions and analytics, is saved separately for each exam. Switch anytime and pick up where you left off.
- Account & SettingsHow do I reset my progress?In Settings, tap Reset Progress under Exam, then read the confirmation before you confirm. The app's FAQ says a reset can't be undone.
- Account & SettingsHow do I turn study reminders and notifications on or off?Turn on study reminders with Remind Me during setup or Allow Reminders in the app's Settings, and allow or block notifications in your phone's settings.

Log in with your email, get Premium after buying on the website, and manage or cancel your subscription.

- Quizzes & Study ModesHow do I report a problem with a question?Tap the flag in the top-right corner of the question, choose what is wrong, describe it and tap Report. Our content team reviews it.
- All ExamReady apps · TroubleshootingWhat should I do if the app is slow or freezes?Check your connection, close and reopen the app, check free storage, restart your device and update it. Still slow? Contact support with your device details.
