How to request a refund

Ask Apple for App Store purchases, Google Play for Android purchases, or ExamReady support for purchases made on our website.

Updated · iOS, Android and Web

Who handles a refund depends on where you paid. Purchases made through an app store follow that store's refund policies and are requested from the store. Purchases made on the ExamReady website follow our Money Back Guarantee.

If you were charged for a subscription you no longer want, also cancel the subscription so that it doesn't renew.

Apple decides on refunds for App Store purchases. Some purchases might be eligible for a refund; eligibility can vary by country or region.

  1. Sign in to reportaproblem.apple.com.
  2. Tap or click I'd like to, then choose Request a refund.
  3. Choose the reason why you want a refund, then choose Next.
  4. Choose your exam app's subscription (it carries the app's name; for the NCLEX app, the name starts with NCLEX), then choose Submit.

Apple gives an update on your request within 24 to 48 hours. See when you will receive your refund for how to check the status.

Can't find the charge? Search your email for "receipt from Apple" or "invoice from Apple", find the receipt that matches the amount, and check which Apple Account was used. Sign in to reportaproblem.apple.com with that account. If the charge is still pending, you can't request a refund yet: try again after you receive the email receipt.
