How to restore a purchase
Get your subscription back in the app on a new phone or after reinstalling, without paying again. Steps for the App Store and Google Play.
Updated · iOS and Android
If you already pay for a subscription but the app does not show it, for example on a new device or after reinstalling the app, you don't need to buy it again. A subscription belongs to the store account you bought it with.
iOS
A subscription bought through the App Store can be restored:
- Open the exam app you subscribed in (for example, the NCLEX app).
- Look for an option to restore. You might find it in the app's store, main menu, Settings menu or Options menu. In the NCLEX app, tap the gear icon on the Study tab, then Restore Purchases; the subscription screen also has Restore at the bottom.
If nothing happens or you get an error
- Make sure you are signed in to the same Apple Account you used to make the purchase.
- Make sure In-App Purchases are allowed on your device.
- Restart your device.
If you were charged and still can't restore the purchase, contact ExamReady support at support@examready.pro. You can also report a problem to Apple.
Bought Premium for the NCLEX app on the ExamReady website? Restoring doesn't apply: log in to the app with the email you paid with. See how to get Premium in the app after buying on the website.
