I paid, but Premium is not active
Paid but still see the free version? Check the payment went through, use the same store account, restore the purchase, then contact support.
Updated · iOS, Android and Web
Most often the purchase was made with a different store account, the payment has not completed yet, or the app has not picked up the purchase. Go through the steps for where you paid.
iOS
- Check that the payment went through. In the App Store, tap your photo or initials, tap Apps & Purchase History, then tap Purchase History, and look for the purchase under your exam app's name (for the NCLEX app, the name starts with NCLEX).
- Check the Apple Account. Make sure you are signed in to the same Apple Account you used to make the purchase.
- Restore the purchase. Open your exam app and look for an option to restore. You might find it in the app's store, main menu, Settings menu or Options menu.
- Check In-App Purchases are allowed on your device.
- Restart your device and open the app again.
If you were charged and Premium is still not active, contact ExamReady support at support@examready.pro. You can also report a problem to Apple.
