How do I contact ExamReady support?
Write to us through the contact form or at support@examready.pro. Include your app, device and system version so we don't have to ask for them.
Updated · iOS, Android and Web
You can reach ExamReady support in two ways:
- The contact form on our Contact page. Enter your name and email address, choose your exam under Product, pick a subject and describe the problem. The message can be up to 500 characters long.
- Email at support@examready.pro. Use email when you need more room, for example to attach a screenshot.
Found a practice question that seems incorrect or unclear? Use the report option on the question in the app (in the NCLEX app, the flag in the top-right corner: see how to report a problem with a question); our content team reviews it and makes updates if needed.
When we reply
Our Money Back Guarantee, in its section on refund requests (section 7), states: "Support requests are typically processed within 24 hours, but this may vary. If you do not receive a response within 72 hours, check your spam folder or resend the request."
What to include in your message
The more of this you send in your first message, the fewer questions we have to ask back:
- Which app you use. Give the app's name as it appears in the App Store or Google Play; for the NCLEX app, it starts with NCLEX. In the contact form, choose its exam under Product (for example, NCLEX).
- Your device and its system version: the phone or tablet model and its iOS, iPadOS or Android version. The steps to find the version are below.
- The app version, if you know it.
- What happened. What you were doing, what you expected and what you saw instead. Copy the exact text of any error message, note when the problem started and attach a screenshot if you can.
- For a payment question: where you paid (the App Store, Google Play or our website) and your order ID. For an App Store purchase, it is on Apple's email receipt and in your App Store purchase history; for Google Play, it is in the confirmation email with your order information that Google sends to your Google Account. For a website purchase, give the email address you paid with.
If you ask for a refund of a website purchase because of a technical problem, our Money Back Guarantee notes: "You may be required to provide device details and evidence of the issue."
Never send your password or full card number. We don't need them to help you.
