Why don't case study results appear in my Stats?
Case studies are counted separately. They don't change your Readiness Score, Stats or Review; their results are under Case Studies on the Study tab.
Updated · iOS and Android
Case studies are counted separately from quizzes. This is how the app works, not an error: your case study answers are saved, but in a different place.
What case studies don't change
- The Readiness Score.
- The Stats tab: All Answered Questions, All Correct Answers and Performance by Topic.
- The Review tab: case study questions are not listed there.
- The Missed Questions Quiz (seen in the iPhone app): wrong answers in case studies are not included.
Case studies are also scored differently: in points, with partial credit, instead of correct and incorrect answers. See how NGN case studies work.
Where to find your case study results
- On the Study tab, scroll to Case Studies, or tap See All for All Case Studies.
- Each card you've completed shows your score, for example 7/12 (58.33%).
- The results screen shows Points Scored, the Case Summary and Review Questions with the tabs All, Incorrect, Partial and Correct. In the Android app, tapping a completed card in All Case Studies opens it again.
More about the results screen: see how to review and retake a case study.
