- What should I do if a quiz won't load?Check your connection, close and reopen the app, restart your device and update it. If the quiz still won't load, contact support with details.
- All ExamReady appsI paid, but Premium is not activePaid but still see the free version? Check the payment went through, use the same store account, restore the purchase, then contact support.
- Why are some questions missing from my Stats or Review?Skipped questions, a changed answer status, an active filter or search, and case studies counted separately can each keep a question out of Stats or Review.
- Why are there no questions in Missed or Mastered mode?The Missed and Mastered quizzes are built from your own answers. If you have no questions with that status yet, the mode is empty.
- Why don't case study results appear in my Stats?Case studies are counted separately. They don't change your Readiness Score, Stats or Review; their results are under Case Studies on the Study tab.
- All ExamReady appsWhat should I do if the app is slow or freezes?Check your connection, close and reopen the app, check free storage, restart your device and update it. Still slow? Contact support with your device details.
- How do I report a problem with a question?Tap the flag in the top-right corner of the question, choose what is wrong, describe it and tap Report. Our content team reviews it.
- How do I contact support from the app?In Settings, tap Support & Contact Us for the contact form or Submit a Complaint to write an email. You can also write to support@examready.pro.
- All ExamReady appsHow do I contact ExamReady support?Write to us through the contact form or at support@examready.pro. Include your app, device and system version so we don't have to ask for them.
