- How do I take a practice quiz?Tap Take a Quick 10 Quiz on the Study tab, choose an answer, tap Continue to check it, read the explanation and tap Next Question. Results come at the end.
- What quiz modes are available in ExamReady?The Quick 10, Question of the Day, Game Mode, case studies and four quiz modes (Random Mix, Missed, Saved, Mastered), for all topics or one topic.
- How do I answer single-choice and SATA questions?Tap one answer, or every option you choose when a question says Select all that apply, then tap Continue to see the correct answer and the explanation.
- How do I practice NCLEX questions by topic?On the Study tab, open Quiz Modes by Topic, choose one of the eight topics and start one of its four quizzes to practice questions from that topic only.
- How do I save questions and practice them later?After you answer a question, tap the bookmark next to Next Question. Saved questions appear under Saved on the Review tab and in the Saved Questions Quiz.
- How do I exit, submit or continue a quiz?Tap × during a quiz. Submit Quiz ends it with a result for the questions you answered, Quit Quiz Without Saving leaves, Continue Quiz goes on.
- How do NGN case studies work?A case study is six questions about one client, with the patient's data in tabs. How to answer, read the exhibits and how +/- and 0/1 scoring work.
- How do I review and retake a case study?Case Study Results show your points, a case summary and your answers by All, Incorrect, Partial and Correct. A retake's new result replaces the old one.
- How does free access to case studies work?Without a subscription you can answer three questions in one case study. This limit is separate from the 10 free quiz questions.
- How do I report a problem with a question?Tap the flag in the top-right corner of the question, choose what is wrong, describe it and tap Report. Our content team reviews it.
- Why do practice questions repeat?Random Mix and the daily quizzes can include both new questions and questions you've answered before. Repeats are part of how questions are picked.
- Why are there no questions in Missed or Mastered mode?The Missed and Mastered quizzes are built from your own answers. If you have no questions with that status yet, the mode is empty.
- How do I read my quiz results?The results screen shows how many answers were correct and incorrect, the share of correct answers as a percentage, and the questions to review.
- How do I review and find questions I've answered?The Review tab lists the quiz questions you've answered. Use All, Saved, Incorrect and Correct, search by question text, or filter by topic.
- How do I track my NCLEX preparation progress?The Stats tab shows your Readiness Score, all answered questions, all correct answers, your longest streak and your performance by topic.
- What is the Readiness Score?The Readiness Score on the Stats tab reflects how much of the question bank you have covered and how many answers are correct. Not a pass guarantee.
