How do I answer single-choice and SATA questions?
Tap one answer, or every option you choose when a question says Select all that apply, then tap Continue to see the correct answer and the explanation.
Updated · iOS and Android
Most questions in the quizzes ask for one answer. Some ask you to choose every correct option: they say Select all that apply under the question.
Single choice questions
- Tap the answer you choose.
- Tap Continue. It stays inactive until you have chosen an answer.
Select all that apply questions
These questions say Select all that apply under the question, and each option has a checkbox.
- Tap every option you think is correct. The options you select are highlighted.
- Tap Continue when you have selected all of them.
See if you were right
After Continue, the app marks the correct answer, or every correct option, with a check. An answer you chose that is wrong is outlined in red with a cross. The Explanation: below the options says why. Tap Next Question to go on.
Android
In the Android app, a select all that apply question in a regular quiz gets no partial credit: selecting two of the four correct options and nothing else was marked Incorrect, and the quiz results counted it as incorrect. There is no partial credit in quizzes.
