How do I manage or cancel my NCLEX subscription?
Manage Premium where you bought it. The App Store and Apple handle iPhone purchases, Google Play handles Android ones, and support handles website ones.
Updated · iOS, Android and Web
You manage and cancel Premium where you bought it, not in the app: the app's Settings has no row with your subscription, its plan or its renewal date.
iOS
If you subscribed in the app on iPhone or iPad, your subscription is with the App Store, and Apple handles it, including refunds.
- To cancel, open your subscriptions in your Apple Account settings: see how to cancel your subscription.
- For money back, ask Apple: see how to request a refund.
Not sure where you paid? On iPhone, look for an email receipt from Apple; on Android, check your Google Play order history. For more on what to send to support, see how to contact ExamReady support.
Canceling stops the next renewal; it does not refund a payment you have already made. See what happens after you cancel your subscription.
